Enhance the Rural Background

  • Earn while you Learn: ‘Earn while you learn’ is turning out to be a major draw for several college students who might have otherwise dropped out due to financial reasons. The initiative is having a three-pronged impact. On the one hand, students are earning some extra pocket money while on the other, they are getting work experience and hands-on training while studying, something that is missing in our education system.
  • On-Job Training: On-the-job training or On Job Training (OJT) is a form of training taking place in a normal working situation. On-the-job training, sometimes called direct instruction, is one of the earliest forms of training (observational learning is probably the earliest). It is a one-on-one training located at the job site, where someone who knows how to do a task shows another how to perform it. EBS has 11 employees currently on site.
  • Operational workout: EBS directly involves freshers after their training on-board for their service.
  • Turnkey Projects: Turnkey refers to something that is ready for immediate use, where the projects has been outsourced to the other IT sectors readily by EBS for the past 15 years.
  • Short paying Assignments: EBS allow candidates to perform duties on site where in turn after the completion of the assignment an interim pay has been made.
  • Live Projects: Full term work ship available.

 

Project Protocol/Model Placement

  • Assessment test: Test on vocabulary and moral ideas to assess the candidates.
  • 50 Hours Training: Training towards industrial behaviors and standards for the candidates, on project training will be done.
  • Eligiblity Screening Test: Test on the project/well as in industrial standards.

Note:

Location at our Satellite office/college premises/Centre of Excellance for EBS.

Qualified & screened candidates are eligible for on-site work/Corporate office-EBS.

 

Agreement criteria & Eligibility

  • Full set-up of infra about 50-100 seaters will be provided by the college as CENTRE OF EXELLENCE/SATELLITE OFFICE-EBS/Full furnished.
  • Mandatory of 100 candidates/batch will be given by the college for Preliminary screening where the training can be done on screening of about 50 candidates/batch in least onboard.
  • On successful completion of the training and after qualification a Certificate will be provided by the company-Certified & recognized by Total Duct Cleaning- Toronto, Ontario/Accredited by NADCA & ELSHADAI BUSINESS SOLUTION Pvt Ltd-Coimbatore.
  • On fulfilling the above criteria, EBS pledge to undertake the maintenance and Electricity cost of the CENTRE OF EXELLENCE/SATELLITE OFFICE-EBS.
  • Salary Bandwidth: Qualified and selected candidates for onsite corporate work will be paid of Rs.8k-12k as freshers.
